What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice:

  • We will investigate the claim and may temporarily or permanently remove the allegedly infringing content.
  • We may notify the user who posted the material and allow them to submit a counter-notification, if appropriate.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA agent including:

  • Your name, address, and signature.
  • The content that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madrid, Spain, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit false claims.
